Goat Log

This semi-hard cheese made from goats' milk has a mild, sharp taste and a creamy crumbly texture. Goat Log can be crumbled into salads or is ideal as a table cheese. This product is also available with a variety of additives - Honey & Mustard, Pineapple, Red Berries to name but a few. Available in retail units or 1Kg logs.

 

Gouda

The most popular Dutch cheese. This semi-hard cheese is made from cows' milk. Gouda has a sweet fruity flavour and creamy smooth texture. Excellent with fruit and wine, Gouda is the perfect table cheese.
