Here's an introduction to our key personnel..

John Svensson, Chairman - with 34 years in the dairy industry both in Europe and America, John has an expert knowledge of the European dairy market. John founded Futura in the UK over 15 years ago, offering authentic European organic cheeses. John's focus is on developing supplier relationships.

Neil Burchell, Managing Director - Neil has worked in the Food business for more than 30 years in categories stretching from Biscuits and Peanuts, through Fruit Juice to Yogurt and Ice Cream ! His business experience has been gained in both the UK and overseas including a two year stint in Moscow. He joined the business in mid-2011 to further strengthen the team and help lead the company to new heights.

Mark Humphrey, Sales Director - with 25 years dairy industry experience, Mark is responsible for industrial, wholesale and foodservice sales. With a background in Italian cheeses, Mark is also responsible for sourcing Italian products.

David Moffat, Commercial Director - David has worked in sales and marketing within the food & drink sector for 20 years, much of this time has been in the dairy industry. Joining the team in 2006, David is responsible for developing the retail business including sales, marketing and new product development.

Simon Offord, National Account Manager - Food Services. Simon has 17 years experience in the dairy industry with a in-depth knowledge of the UK wholesale and foodservice market.

Jo Carter, National Account Controller – Retail. Jo has worked in the Food Industry for over 25 years, the last 7 years of which have been in the Dairy sector and has a wealth of experience dealing primarily with the UK retailers as well as wholesalers, processers and manufacturers.

Sally Williams, Technical & NPD Controller - Sally has worked in the food industry for many years joining us from Milk Link where she was responsible for NPD and Quality Programmes. Sally also has considerable experience working for retailers in the UK.

Katy Gasparovicova, Category Technical Manager - Katy has recently joined the Futura 'Technical Team' to look after our Industrial & Food Service customer requirements.

Carolyn Etheridge, Financial Controller - Management of company finances.

Louise Ratcliffe, Credit Controller - responsible for credit control and financial administration.

Rhian Kinman, Trade Marketing Manager - Rhian joined the company in the summer of 2006. Rhian is responsible for the Futura brand, packaging, advertising and marketing communications.

Cristina Evans, Supply Chain Manager – Cristina is responsible for the planning, management and coordination of all the various functions within the supply chain, including logistics, warehousing, inventory and sales & order processing.

Ben Newman, Customer Support Coordinator - Ben joined the company in the Summer of 2008 after graduating from Plymouth University. Ben is responsible for the day to day coordination of procedures relating to buying, warehousing and sales & order processing.

Ellen Svensson, Office Manager - Management of the Futura Foods' office.
